• Advise Business Planning team on the existing sales management in the district
• Conducting regular field visits to better understand retailers’ needs.
• Expand field operations to untapped locations
• Supervising daily sales activities in the district
• Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by persuading retailers within an assigned territory to purchase company products and services.
• Ensuring satisfactory level of recovery from the retailers.
• Maintaining administrative activities in the district as per instructions.
• Forecasting market demand and achieving the acquired sales target in the district
• Traveling throughout an assigned territory to train and guide company sales representatives.
• Motivating Sales Representatives to achieve sales quotas and evaluating their performance based on their ability or inability to achieve sales quotas.
• Maintaining solid working relationships with retailers by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
• Analyzing sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales and marketing techniques.
• Ensuring sustainable growth of own market share.
• Ensuring that brand awareness within an assigned territory meets company expectations.
• Monitoring competitors’ sales activity within an assigned territory.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelors in any discipline from any well reputed university

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 year of experience is required in the specific field
