Responsible for identifying new farmers area/ suppliers.
Aligning farmers / suppliers with the customer needs and syncing on the quality of the produce.
Should prepare crop calendar and farm level availability of each product
Should be able to plan and execute fortnight/monthly plans.
Ensure SLAs adherence with suppliers/ partners in respect to time, quantity, and quality of fulfilment.
Co-ordinate with operations and sales teams to achieve business objectives
Graduation and/or Post-Graduation in any department from a reputed and recognized university.
1-1.5 years of experience in the following area(s): Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain.
Should be able to connect to farmers and should be able to design and execute win-win solution.
Leadership quality and result-oriented.
Should have flexibility to move and travel to work locations.
