Lead the planning, execution and reporting of all types of research activities undertaken by the team.
Produce research frameworks which clearly outline the objectives and outcomes of the research. This also includes methodological decisions on study type, locations, sample size etc.
Develop survey questionnaires, decide the data collection methods and remotely monitor the data being collected.
Basic cleaning and analysis of survey data.
Efficiently document qualitative data for reports and other impact communication materials.
Conduct literature reviews efficiently to gather relevant information and summarize and synthesize facts.
Strategize assessment reports and independently produce excellent knowledge products.
Carry out translation, transcribing and proofreading documents when required.

আবেদনের যোগ্যতা

Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Anthropology, Economics, Development Studies, Statistics or Environmental Studies.
At least one year of relevant working experience involving research, assessments and reporting.
At least one publication, preferably as the lead author of a research article in a reputed journal.
Advanced understanding of research methodologies.
Must be able to portray skills of compiling and analyzing qualitative data.
Skills in quantitative data analysis using STATA or R will be an added advantage.
Excellent planning, analytical, organizational, critical thinking, investigative and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bangla.
Must be able to meet deadlines and engage in multiple priorities.
Having prior experience in field research activities will be advantageous.
