Technical Project Manager

Job Overview:
As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of software projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations. You’ll define project goals, monitor progress, and proactively address risks while promoting team productivity. Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, you’ll ensure clear communication, maintain quality standards, and continuously refine project management processes to drive efficiency and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Motivate cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and QA engineers. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery.
• Make necessary Sprint reports for the team and the managers.
• Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for the stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
• Oversee testing processes and ensure thorough documentation.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes.
• Implement best practices and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
