As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Motivate cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and QA engineers. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Make necessary Sprint reports for the team and the managers.
Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for the stakeholders.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders.
Manage client expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
Oversee testing processes and ensure thorough documentation.
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes.
Implement best practices and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.

আবেদনের যোগ্যতা

Education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering.

Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience in software project management.

Technical skills: Project Management, Agile Methodology, Agile Scrum, SDLC, Jira.

Other Requirements:

Experience in Jira is a must
Proven track record of managing end-to-end software development projects.
Experience working with Agile - Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and best practices.
Team player with a collaborative mindset, open to feedback and knowledge-sharing
Ability to understand the requirements
Passion for technology and knowledge
