Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Attend to client queries in a timely and professional manner.
Develop relationships with new customers by understanding their needs and suggesting appropriate products/services
Maintain records of customer interactions.
Continuous follow-up with the leads and provide necessary information and support in consultation with management.
Update Lead Management files and call reports.
Proactively identify new and different business opportunities to provide increased sales.
Research and analyze potential partners for business development and identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends by conducting market research and analysis.
Reporting and documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales and activity reports. Provide regular updates to management on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and other materials to effectively communicate product/service offerings to potential customers.
Negotiate contracts with customers in order to maximize revenue opportunities
Ensure successful deal closure and service improvement by working closely with internal teams (e.g. marketing, finance, data, product, tech).

আবেদনের যোগ্যতা

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Experience in data entry and financial reporting preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in a related field of at least one year
