Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Attend to client queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop relationships with new customers by understanding their needs and suggesting appropriate products/services
  • Maintain records of customer interactions.
  • Continuous follow-up with the leads and provide necessary information and support in consultation with management.
  • Update Lead Management files and call reports.
  • Proactively identify new and different business opportunities to provide increased sales.
  • Research and analyze potential partners for business development and identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends by conducting market research and analysis.
  • Reporting and documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales and activity reports. Provide regular updates to management on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and other materials to effectively communicate product/service offerings to potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts with customers in order to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Ensure successful deal closure and service improvement by working closely with internal teams (e.g. marketing, finance, data, product, tech).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in data entry and financial reporting preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in a related field of at least one year
