Before joining iFarmer, I was completely unaware of how a profit-making company can contribute to improving the lives of farmers as much as, or even more than, non-profit organizations. The company's initiatives and the results amaze me every day! It is also impressive how iFarmer has enhanced my critical thinking abilities and research ethics, along with helping me develop an enlightened perspective about the country's agriculture scenario. Besides these, I am also privileged to have a cooperative and enthusiastic team. Overall, I had an amazing experience working at iFarmer so far. Looking forward to the days ahead!

It’s been almost 2.5 years since I joined iFarmer and it’s been one of the most adventurous journeys in my professional life. I saw two visionary and equally passionate people; Fahad and Jamil Vai, trying to revolutionize the agriculture industry in Bangladesh focusing on the farmers. I could not have asked for a better opportunity to be a part of the “History being Made” kind of saga in the Agritech industry worldwide. If the vision of the founders was the reason for me joining iFarmer then the people and work environment have got me hooked with this company. I always had a dream of working in an environment that encourages productivity over processes, being candid over following traditional approaches, and a place that gives you the opportunity to take full ownership of the work you do and it seemed a far-fetched dream until I joined iFarmer. From a team of fewer than 20 people working in 3 districts, iFarmer now has more than 100 employees spreading over 30 districts and a network of 80,000 farmers in its family. My journey from being the lone ranger in the Product team to having a team of 10 warriors fighting with passion in building the country’s first-ever Agri-based products designed for farmers and input retailers has been an experience that I have thoroughly enjoyed.
