• Prepare field visit, survey and research study work plan and budget for the Impact Team
• Support in developing survey questionnaire by identifying required data points
• Collect any relevant field data (quantitative and qualitative) from different stakeholders at field level, whenever required.
• Coordinate with field agents whenever required and follow up on action points based on field visit insights
• Contribute to the development of new or improved tools and systems that allow people to access necessary insights simply and intuitively
• Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
• Develop and maintain databases and data entry template.
• Assist in conducting data analysis and preparing reports when necessary
• Prepare presentation for the team to share the findings as and when required.
• Undertake regular field visit to the organization’s working locations to observe the activities, measure and evaluate impact and provide suggestions of further improvement in identified gaps.
• Collaborate in developing impact stories through videos and articles reflecting field activities
• Carry out translation, transcribing and proofreading of key documents/publications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies, Economics, Social Science, Anthropology or Journalism
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in humanitarian, development or related settings such as research, evaluation, assessments, field survey and reporting
• Basic understanding of research methodologies, impact measurement techniques and results measurement framework i.e., Theory of Change.
• Prior field experience in M&E is an added advantage.
• Capacity in leadership, data and gap analysis and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent planning, analytical, organizational, critical thinking, investigative and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills especially with bottom of the pyramid/underprivileged rural stakeholders
• Conversant in common IT applications (MS word, MS power point, internet browsing & e-mail communications)
• Report writing and documentation skills
• Proven ability to build strong, respectful productive relationships
• Excellent in rapport building and networking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill both in English and Bangla
• Ability to meet deadlines and engage in multiple priorities.
