Market Development
- Drive sales of agricultural machinery among farmers,iFarmer Experience Centers & iFarmer Centers.
- Master product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
- Develop sustainable business model for iFarmer’s Agri Machinery “Experience Centers”
- Develop and manage agri-machinery process and portfolio in iFarmer’s online platform.
- Conduct engaging field demonstrations to showcase iFarmer’s agri-machinery portfolio among farmers and retailers
- Assist and enable the sales team in achieving key targets.
Supplier Network Development:
- Identify and source high-quality agricultural machinery and equipment from reliable suppliers.
- Negotiate competitive pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to optimize costs.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and supplier information.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team to ensure adequate stock levels meet customer demand.

আবেদনের যোগ্যতা

Experience: 2+ years of experience in agriculture machinery sales or procurement.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or a related field is preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-building skills. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant sales/procurement software, project management.
Passion: A genuine interest in agriculture and a drive to help farmers succeed.
