Job Responsibilities

Collate data, deep-dive, analyze it and construct concise business reports.
Document insights from analyzing data and sharing with cross functional teams.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to track weekly and monthly business and growth metrics.
Conducting secondary research, gathering and synthesizing information for different growth models.
Analyze business processes, identify opportunities for development, and recommend solutions.
Coordinate with different stakeholders and provide relevant reports.
Build Dashboards and Visualization of business metrics through tableau of power BI or any other tools.
Working closely with HOD and Growth Team for day-to-day Team performance analysis. Regularly monitor business performance and generate performance reports for management.
Working closely with the HOD to develop, and review SOPs, and also adding changes when necessary.
Work closely with the Finance and Risk Management Team for ROI analysis on all different business verticals and sales activities, monitor & draw insights into sales, conversion rate, value for money analysis, and revenue models.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Google Suit, Excel, Dashboard, and Business reports.
Programming experience in statistical and data analysis environment is highly preferable (R, Python)
Good understanding of financial concepts and Budgeting
Highly analytical and data-driven, but also have a passion for creativity and forward-thinking flair
Preferably, 1-2 years- of experience in business analytics, research, statistics, or a related field
Effectively collaborates with and across teams, seeks and provides constructive feedback.
Curious – constantly questioning, always probing, and never blindly accepting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bangla and English
