The Human Resources Manager guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services within iFarmer, ensuring compliance with local labor law and iFarmer`s culture and policies. S/he will be responsible for effective coordination of human resources in a fast-growing start-up environment. This position will provide both strategic and tactical HR support to iFarmer. Key areas of focus for this role include HR strategy, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, retention and management, culture and employee engagement, policy and processes. The Human Resources Manager is expected to provide guidance and thought partnership to the senior-level management. |
Key Responsibilities

Prior experience of establishing and managing HR in a startup environment
MBA or master’s degree with a concentration in HR or a related field
Strong creative problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of employment /labor laws
Ability to influence, persuade and comfortable having difficult conversations
Curious – always questioning, always probing, and never blindly accepting.
Moral Imagination: The humility to see the world as it is, and the audacity to imagine the world as it could be.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bangla and English
