Job Responsibilities

Maintaining liaison with Internal & External stakeholders as required
Attending meetings with Financial Institutions, understanding their requirements, and fulfilling them
Gathering data from the field and aligning it with existing processes
Keeping track of FI processes
Co-ordinating on different Projects with FIs
Availing financing for different verticals of the business
Researching financial products & services and creating detailed concept papers
Developing new financial products & services and customizing existing products to integrate them into iFarmer’s value chain
Facilitating the launching of financial products as well as conducting pre-launch & post-launch analysis and overseeing new products after the launch
Documenting various policies & guidelines of Regulatory bodies

Requirements

0-2 years’ experience in working with Financial Institutions
BBA/MBA in Finance from any recognized Public/Private University
Basic understanding of Financial Institutions
Problem solving and critical decision-making skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Good knowledge in MS Office and Google Suite
Strong Communication Skills
