iFarmer enables the farmer to access funding by selling the farm assets as they grow on
their farm to investors for cash to cover the initial capital required. The farmer
continues to look after the farm assets harvest. At harvest, iFarmer enables the sale of
the farm produce through its B2B supply chain model which ensures a healty return for
the farmer and the farm investor.
By leveraging technology and data , we are also enabling
banks and insruance companies to finance key market actors across the value chain including
input retailers, farmers and traders.
iFarmer Technologies PTE Ltd is an agri-fintech business focusing on innovative financial and supply chain services for farming and agriculture.
iFarmer is looking for a Marketing Communcations Manager who will be in charge of representing the company's brand as effectively as possible both digitally and offline. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns, strategies, identifying new customers segments and supporting lead generation efforts with our business development team. This will include an acceleration of sales through successful marketing campaigns, and developing a strategy to execute all external communications. The outcome of these goals will lead to greater demand for the company's products and services.
- Have a deep understanding of the company's products and goals
- Coordinating with and managing agency partners
- Marketing Strategy/Campaign development and execution
- Track data on effectiveness of campaigns
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams – from creative, Tech, product development and legal – to produce effective promotional materials
- Commissioning or conducting market research
- Obtaining necessary consent and providing final approval on all marketing collateral, products and promotions
- Facilitate effective communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders
Someone with the ability to mix creativity with practicality
Not afraid to try new things and not afraid of failing
Have 1-3 years experience of creating and implementing digital and offline marketing campaigns and strategies for startups and brands
Experience of managing marketing and activation agencies, understanding of media buying will be an added advantage
Excellent Bangla and English Communication skills
