Job Responsibilities

Required Deliverables:

Project Planning and Management:

  • Develop and implement detailed project plans in alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting on project activities and outcomes.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including LE entrepreneurs, government officials, and other relevant parties.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Represent the project at relevant meetings and conferences.
  • Visiting light engineering (LE) workshops at Bogura.
  • Selecting and listing potential LE workshops who are currently producing quality agri-machinery in consultation with the association stakeholders
  • Organize MOU signing workshops between iFarmer and selected workshops

Introduction of value-added services, promotion and awareness of agri machineries:

  • Assist key stakeholders and relevant team(s) for market assessment to identify the market trend of agri-machinery of Bogura LE cluster- identify high selling products, peak sales seasons, pricing etc.
  • Assisting expert for LE workshop visit and developing user manual/guideline for the agri-machineries 
  • Aware different stakeholders about iFarmer toll free service
  • Organize agri. machinery demonstration events at specific agri-clusters for local LE workshop machineries promotion
  • Arrange awareness campaign about LE workshop machineries
  • Assisting the machinery expert for preparing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for machinery Product standardization
  • Arrange SOP validation workshop with the LE entrepreneurs
  • Organize all kinds of events relevant to PRABRIDDHI Project
  • Assist in selling agri-machineries from partner workshops following quality checks
  • Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Explore financing options for small LE workshops.

Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation:

  • Oversee the implementation of project activities related to agri-machinery display, value-added services, branding, marketing, and quality standardization.
  • Manage project budget and expenditures in accordance with financial regulations.
  • Assisting accounts for preparing financial reports.
  • Monitor project activity implementation as per Workplan.
  • Conduct regular project evaluations to assess progress and impact.
  • Document project outcomes and share the knowledge with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline from any well reputed university.
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in relavant field.
