• Dive deeply into financial data and become a storyteller to provide additional insights.
• Provide FP&A finance support to the Finance & Accounts team related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
• Identify and understand business challenges; propose and suggest solutions.
• Partner directly with the relevant teams to collaborate on metrics, targets, company goals, and business reviews.
• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
• Serve as a liaison with the existing and potential investors, managing the earnings guidance scenario modeling, including executive presentation, Q&A support, and ad hoc analysis.
Completed Graduation from Finance or a related discipline
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to quickly synthesis ideas into clear and concise messaging for the relevant audience, including senior leadership.
Strong experience in business partnering, storytelling and presenting to Senior Management
Outstanding critical thinking capability with advanced problem-solving skills
Strong skills in process automation, planning and performance management and using Business Intelligence systems
