Financial Product & Service

• Dive deeply into financial data and become a storyteller to provide additional insights.

• Provide FP&A finance support to the Finance & Accounts team related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner. 

• Identify and understand business challenges; propose and suggest solutions.

• Partner directly with the relevant teams to collaborate on metrics, targets, company goals, and business reviews. 

• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. 

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization. 

• Serve as a liaison with the existing and potential investors, managing the earnings guidance scenario modeling, including executive presentation, Q&A support, and ad hoc analysis.




  • Completed Graduation from Finance or a related discipline

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to quickly synthesis ideas into clear and concise messaging for the relevant audience, including senior leadership.

  • Strong experience in business partnering, storytelling and presenting to Senior Management

  • Outstanding critical thinking capability with advanced problem-solving skills

  • Strong skills in process automation, planning and performance management and using Business Intelligence systems
