Farmer Financing Operations
Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure proper documentation & storage of farmer's agreement and other papers in the Regional Office and assist the Regional Coordinator in day-to-day activities. 
  • Ensuring proper use of Sofol at field level. Mitigate the knowledge gap by using Sofol App and iCore at the field level.
  • Day-to-day reconciliation of financial transactions with the Dhaka office.
  • Preparing and checking bill vouchers (Training, meeting cost) of market facilitators and coordinators.
  • Preparing, checking, and providing reports for bank financing (demand list), and direct farmer financing (Bank details, mobile banking numbers) to the Dhaka office.
  • Visit OD farmers, Financed farmers, and IFC random and priority basis.
  • Update collection and disbursement sheet for Bank finance and iFarmer own finance.
  • Coordinating with the HQ Field finance team to ensure timely reporting in various aspects.
  • Assist RC/AC in delivering different materials, documents, bank finance-related documents collection, etc.
  • Assist RC/AC/MF to help bank finance and ensure smooth disbursement to farmers. 
  • Check & verify the accuracy of the loan applicants and project details to the point as per loan requisition.
  • Provide related information from the field-level activities and ensure proper documentation of them when necessary.
  • Loan disburses and collection report analysis, compilation, and follow-up.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounts-related reports and any important task assigned by the reporting line.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fulfill the role of Field Operations Coordinator. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the smooth functioning of field operations in alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

  • 0-1 year of proven experience, working and managing field operations for any financial institution, and Agriculture input companies. But freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Graduate & postgraduate in finance, Economics, Management, and Marketing but any background can apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla and moderate communication skills in English, with the ability to develop presentations and reports from the field office.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
  • Ability to work under pressure and visit fields frequently.
  • Passionate about learning new things with an open mind.
