Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, retailers and I-farmer centers and other stakeholders in the agricultural sector.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, needs, and opportunities within the agritech landscape.
Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Product Promotion: Promote the company’s products and services through demonstrations, workshops, and promotional events.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to inform product development and improve service offerings.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market penetration and achieving sales targets.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on market trends, customer feedback, and relationship management initiatives to management.
