Job Responsibilities

Job Overview:


The Senior Executive – People & Culture will support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives. The role focuses on managing HR processes efficiently, ensuring compliance, driving employee experience through engagement and learning programs, and contributing to HR automation, policy updates, and governance.

 

Key Job Responsibilities:

 

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for HQ and field teams, ensuring reduced time-to-hire within defined lead time.
  • Source candidates through diverse channels, prioritizing diversity and role fit.
  • Conduct new hire orientation programs for both HQ and field team members.
  • Continuously working on HR automation to streamline recruitment and HR operations.
  • Monitor and analyze onboarding data using the onboarding feedback surveys.
  • Prepare and submit monthly onboarding experience reports with insights and recommendations.

Employee Contracts & Compliance

  • Ensure timely renewal and compliance of all contractual employee agreements.
  • Maintain a centralized tracker with accuracy and no overdue contract renewals.
  • Update and maintain contract renewal records in the HRIS on a regular basis.

Learning & Development

  • Organize at least one department-specific training per quarter based on identified skill gaps or requirements.
  • Collect pre- and post-training assessments to measure improvement in knowledge and skills.

Talent Programs

  • Successfully execute at least one Graduate Trainee Program (GTP) cycle annually.
  • Track trainee performance and prepare a post-program impact report.

Employee Engagement & Communication

  • Plan and execute at least one employee engagement activity per quarter.
  • Generate monthly posts for iFarmer’s Career Page and “Life at iFarmer” series.
  • Gather qualitative feedback after initiatives to evaluate effectiveness and impact.

Governance & Policy

  • Support the resolution of all governance issues reported to HR within the standard timeframe.
  • Contribute to HR policy reviews and updates to ensure relevance and compliance.
  • Assist in launching or scaling at least one HR or engagement initiative per year.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: 2–3 years in HR, preferably in recruitment, employee engagement, or learning & development.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, HR automation tools, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of employee contracts, compliance, and labor laws.
  • Experience in planning and executing learning, development, and engagement programs.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
