Agri Input
○ Develop and manage a robust network of suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective supply of quality agri-inputs
○ Assist, build and motivate high-performing procurement & Sourcing teams
○ Provide training and feedback to enhance and streamline procurement to sales processes to enhance operational efficiency
○ Oversee procurement processes on product quality, branding budgeting, cost analysis, and reporting
○ Prepare supply projections and maintain accurate purchase records
○ Gather and analyze market report to identify opportunities
○ Stay on top of industry trends and regulatory changes
