Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


 1. Lead Generation:
 ○ Develop and execute marketing strategies to identify and attract potential
 customers.
 ○ Usedataand analytics to target and generate new business opportunities.
 2. Onboarding and Client Follow-Up:
 ○ Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring all necessary
 steps are completed smoothly.
 ○ Maintain ongoing communication with clients to nurture relationships and identify
 further business opportunities.
 3. Feedback and Improvement:
 ○ Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
 ○ Implement enhancements based on feedback in collaboration with relevant
 teams.
 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
 ○ Workclosely with other departments to ensure cohesive operations and
 alignment with company goals.
 ○ Shareinsights and support the achievement of overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of business from a reputed university.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to negotiate terms, close deals, and handle objections effectively.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the industry in which the company operates is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
