Job Responsibilities

Establish and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Territory Office to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Plan for optimum Retail & Farmer’s extension and effective coverage. Actively participate in route planning within the territory.
Follow up on the lifting plan of IFC’s & Farmer’s. Prepare and implement retail and wholesale-specific execution plans.
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the designated area.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the agri input sector within the assigned area.
Audit the activities and performance of the sales team under his supervision.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years experience in sales.
The applicants have experience in following business areas; Agro based firms (incl. agro processing/seed/GM) will given preferences.
