Job Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager who can bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and operations to define requirements, build scalable systems, and ensure smooth delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, understands how digital systems communicate, and can translate ideas into structured, executable plans.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full product lifecycle — from discovery to rollout and continuous optimization.
Translate business requirements into technical documentation, feature specs, and workflows.
Work with Product Managers to translate product requirements into technical tasks and prototypes.
Contribute to the design, development, and testing of new product features.
Collaborate with engineering to define scope, manage sprints, and ensure on-time delivery.
Understand system architecture, APIs, and backend workflows to make informed decisions.
Work hands-on with data, tools, and APIs to validate hypotheses and track feature performance.
Identify tech dependencies, potential blockers, and scalability challenges early.
Maintain organized product documentation and clear communication across teams.
Ensure smooth QA, deployment, and release coordination with tech teams.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
2–4 years of professional experience in software development or technical product roles.
Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, microservices, and database concepts (SQL/NoSQL).
Hands-on coding background in any modern stack (JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or similar).
Hands-on experience reading API documentation, managing integrations, and using tools like Postman.
Experience working in agile/scrum setups with tools like Jira, Linear, or Notion.
Analytical mindset with ability to work with Mixpanel, GA4, Metabase, or SQL for insights.
Excellent communication skills and a structured problem-solving approach.
A product mindset — curious about how technology impacts users and business goals.
