Responsibilities
Have a deep understanding of the company's products and goals
Coordinating with and managing agency partners
Marketing Strategy/Campaign development and execution
Track data on effectiveness of campaigns
Collaborating with cross-functional teams – from creative, Tech, product development and legal – to produce effective promotional materials
Commissioning or conducting market research
Obtaining necessary consent and providing final approval on all marketing collateral, products and promotions
Facilitate effective communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders
Someone with the ability to mix creativity with practicality
Not afraid to try new things and not afraid of failing
Have 1-3 years experience of creating and implementing digital and offline marketing campaigns and strategies for startups and brands
Experience of managing marketing and activation agencies, understanding of media buying will be an added advantage
Excellent Bangla and English Communication skill
