• Provide FP&A finance support to the Finance & Accounts team related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
• Identify and understand business challenges; propose and suggest solutions.
• Partner directly with the relevant teams to collaborate on metrics, targets, company goals, and business reviews.
• Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
• Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
• Serve as a liaison with the existing and potential investors, managing the earnings guidance scenario modeling, including executive presentation, Q&A support, and ad hoc analysis.

The position holder will be partnering with potential Debt and Off-Balance Sheet Financiers and helping the company meet the working capital requirements, helping provide financial insights and projections to the founders, & relevant internal teams, and sharing financial reports with the external stakeholders. S/he will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning. You will prepare accurate monthly and on-demand financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.

After the successful completion of the internship, if the performance is satisfactory, the position holder will be considered for full-time employment for the Associate Position upon the decision of the team lead and Management.

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in last semester in Finance or Accounting area
• Basic understanding of different financial instruments, and startup fundraising
• Primary understanding of developing financial reports and metrics
• Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
• Stronghold on MS Office & G-suite skills
• Well-organized with a multi-tasking ability
• Strong Communication skills
