• Develop, implement and manage partnerships with Financial Institutions such as but not limited to banks, NBFIs, Insurance companies, Fintech service providers.
• Provide technical supervision on loan and other financial products launched in partnership with financial institutions.
• Manage internal and external communications regarding financial product launch and implementation.
• Commensurate acceptable levels of risk based on client instructions  
• Draw insights from data & connect back to business and recommend actionable solutions.
• Well informed and eager to learn about the policies, regulatory rules about financial and fintech products both in local and international markets.

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in business, finance, investment or a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge in financial instruments, digital financial products & services and relevant policies & regulation
• Highly analytical and forward-thinker
• 2-4 years of experiences preferably in CRM in any renowned Banks
• Highly analytical and forward-thinking flair.
• Good understanding of financial concepts, Budgeting and Reporting 
• Effectively collaborates with and across teams, seeks and provides constructive feedback.
• Curious – always questioning, always probing, and never blindly accepting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bangla and English 
• Flexible to travel to meet the stakeholders (farmers, retailers, distributors, funders, etc.) as required
