Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


 1. Client Query Management:
 ○ Handle customer inquiries and concerns through various communication
 channels, ensuring timely and personalized responses.
 ○ Resolve issues efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
 2. Documentation Preparation:
 ○ Prepare and issue essential documents as required.
 ○ Ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation processes.
 3. Reporting:
 ○ Compile and present reports on client servicing activities, ensuring clear
 communication with stakeholders.
 ○ Compile and present reports on relevant business processes and its holistic
 management.
 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
 ○ Workclosely with relevant teams to convert new opportunities with existing
 clients.
 ○ Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve client issues
 effectively

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of business from a reputed university.
  • Mandatory participation in extra curricular activities such as debating, business competitions or similar activities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional and team player
  • Perseverant and patient
  • Moderate expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • 06 months to 1 year experience in relevant field
