Job Responsibilities

Product Development Cycle: own product development cycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams; including developers, designers, business and marketing, to bring products from concept to launch.
User Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement. Use feedback to iterate and enhance product features.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor products. Stay informed about industry advancements and recommend adjustments to product strategies. Conduct research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. 
Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation, including user manuals, feature documentation, flow diagrams and other relevant materials.
Data Analysis: Use analytics tools to analyze product performance data. Derive insights and make data-driven recommendations for product improvements
Metrics Monitoring: track key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics to evaluate the success of product initiatives and inform future decision-making.
Roadmap Planning: contribute to the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, outlining the strategic direction of the product.
Conduct training programs for users/customers if required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or any related field from any well-reputed University.
  • 1 to 2 years in Product/ Project management
