• Achieving business goals and revenue targets.
• Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
• Recruiting, training, and supporting necessary field staff (e.g. TO, SO, etc.) as well as conducting  regular performance appraisals.
• Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.
• Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.
• Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
• Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
• Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
• Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
• Dealing with escalated retailers issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
• Advise Business Planning team on the existing sales management in a region (consisting of multiple regions)
• Expand field operations to untapped locations
• Supervising daily sales activities.
• Maintaining administrative activities in a region (consisting of multiple regions) as per instructions.
• Enhancing trade relations with different traders and retailers.
• Forecasting market demand and achieving the acquired sales target.
• Ensuring sustainable growth of own market share.

• Undergraduate in faculty of agriculture from any well reputed university
• Minimum 5 year experience is required in the specific field
