• Create a sustainable regional level sales team and infrastructure to carry out i-Farmer Agri Input business
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, margin model and expense controls.
• Maintain liaison and continuously engage with agri-input companies, on ground gvt. NGO, bazar shomitee etc. local stakeholders to expand SKUs and any business beneficial relationship for business sustainability
• Forecast, track, evaluate and generate a region wise product portfolio for right strategy and sustainable business growth.
• Create, present and manage sales reports on a daily basis and make sure transactions are analyzed financially and are profitable.
• Manage sales budget and take full responsibility of P&L
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the regional and sales team.
• Coordinating with the marketing team on lead generation, customer acquisition, brand and sales campaign.
• Promoting the organization values, instill them within the field team and train the field team for future fit business.
• Device a region wide recovery model and ensure implementation of best practices. 

• 5-7 years’ proven experience of working in and managing field operations for Microfinance organizations, Agriculture input companies and Financial Institutions
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects.
• Experience in managing govt stakeholders and other Division and District level stakeholders is highly desirable  
• Ability to establish operational systems and processes to meet deliverables
• Excellent Communications in Bangla and working level communication in English, with the ability to develop presentations and reports from the field office.
