• Ideate, Develop, implement, and ensure customer adoption for the products/features developed
• Work on OKR, Product Strategy, Vision and Roadmap and ensure timely delivery
• Understand the pain points of users, identify the problems they are facing, and if necessary make field visits to conduct surveys, A/B testing, and training.
• Connect Business goals with Product goals to ensure Product Led Revenue Growth
• Ensure a pipeline of new features and ideas.
• Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams including tech, data, business, input,  finance, and supply chain to develop & implement new features.
• Define requirements, metrics analysis, development, testing, and launching efforts.
• Work with designers to constantly work on improving user experience and ensure a human-centered design culture.
• Lead product strategy by harnessing the collective knowledge of all stakeholders (business, engineers, customers) and develop detailed product requirements and features.
• Involved in product prioritization, backlog grooming, analysis, and product requirement documentation, UI/UX wireframing and user testing, roadmap planning, and sprint planning, while guiding the engineering team, etc.
• Ensure driving multiple products/projects from ideation to rollout and ability to deliver on time.
• Have the mindset of being adaptive to changes and adopt strategies accordingly.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to build products that will help build and develop products for Farmers, Retailers, and all the stakeholders in the Agri value chain. We believe an ideal candidate has good knowledge of the agricultural end-to-end value chain, financial products, payments space, e-commerce industry, supply chain & logistics and is comfortable working with data in a dynamic environment. • Minimum 4 years of direct product management experience
• Hands-on experience in building products that serve mass-scale consumers.
• Has directly worked on building OKR, Product Strategies, Roadmap, etc.
• Experience on working in Products that adopted PLG strategies
• Working knowledge in SQL Queries, Draw.io, MixPanel, Firebase, Big Query, Figma, MS Excel, and other relevant products.
