Job Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs or campus recruitment.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and cultural fit.

Talent Development

  • Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition and development initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Develop and deliver orientation programs to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and expectations.
  • Support the performance management process by providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in talent acquisition and development practices.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse workforce.
  • Work with leadership to identify key positions and develop succession plans for critical roles.
  • Assess current employees for future leadership potential and create development paths.
  • Identify training needs within the organization and design or source relevant development programs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make improvements as necessary.

Requirements

Educational Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Relevant HR Certification will be an added advantage.

Work Experience

Proven experience of 1-3 years in talent acquisition, or human resources, with a focus on bulk sourcing and acquiring top talent.
